The Zavod Druzba Cultural Center in Ljubljana is a women’s center which serves many functions. It serves primarily as a dormitory for female college students who seek a safe and affordable residence. All residents participate in academic, social and service projects.

Zavod helps young women discover and develop their talents and learn time-management skills. It also assists them to discover more beneficial ways to use their free time – through sports, cultural and charitable activities.

The center helps young women grow in their appreciation of other cultures through activities with people from foreign countries.

The center began renovations in 2006 with the help of the Clover Foundation and other private benefactors.
